作品簡介：

以最原始的感官出發，在熟悉的在地環境中，以「望聞問切」的思考路徑，嗅出大稻埕老街的新活力；在舞作中注入這股獨特的味道，構思創作以中藥入味的《四氣五味》把脈演出系列。

大稻埕重要的在地元素：中藥材，怎麼融入舞作？視覺、嗅覺、聽覺的集合，藥香與舞影的交錯，藥材與肢體的映襯，眾味與聲音的流動，七分中藥材，三分聲響藝術，百分百的表演藝術。

This choreography inspired by Chinese herbal medicine which is one of three most well-known specialty in Tua-Tiu-Tiann( Fabrics, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and Groceries/foods)at Taipei city. Through different ways of creating process, InTW tried to find a new performing appearance to reveal traditional source material by contemporary dance.

For this choreography, a group of four dancers interprets the four flavors of Chinese herbal medicine -- sour, sweet, bitter, spicy. According to our research resource from Chinese herbal medicine pharmacy, the taste of herbal, the sound of making medicine, the history of the pharmacy, all material we collected inspired us to make this choreography.
